Hvad synes i?

Mandag + onsdag + fredag:

BP 4x6

DL4x6

SQ 4x6

Calf-raises 4x8

Cable Pulldown 4x8

BOBR 4x8

Biceps Curls 4x8

Cable pushdown 4x8

Military press 4x8

Hanging leg raises 4x15

Cardio:

30-20-10 løb,

Hvilket vil sige 6 - 8 runder á 30 sek langsomt(pause) 20 sek moderat, og 10 sekunder spurt.
