Jarl Pors Jakobsen Posted June 7, 2003 Report Share Posted June 7, 2003 Jeg har, som mange andre hørt ordsproget, at man miste 14 dage af ens form, ved at drikke sig en ordenlig pind i øret. Men er det rigtigt? og hvis ja, hvad er det lige præcis der gør at man mister formen? -Opløser alkoholen nogle af hæmoglobinen, så man ikke kan transportere så meget ilt? Eller er det helt ude i skoven?Personligt har jeg også hørt at det eneste det skader, er at hvis man ikke kommer ud og træner dagen efter pga. tømmermænd.
