enkæmpesmed Posted October 8, 2003 Report Share Posted October 8, 2003 Du kunne jo prøve at se hvor meget energi der er i dit netop påtagede fedtvæv og så reducere dit samlede kalorieindtag pr. uge med det.Du skal nok gå på kulhydraterne, som en vis mand engang sagde:2,0-2,5g protein pr. kg kropsvægt, 40-70g sundt fedt og så op til grænsen med kulhydrater.Håber det kunne hjælpe.
