hej jeg er 13år vejer 51 lige for tiden og er 173cm høj, spiser okay sundt

Hvis dit spørgsmål er, som titlen refere til, hvordan du får markerede mavemuskler, så er det et spørgsmål om fedt procent.

Så vidt jeg husker så er det normale, at man begynder at blive markeret ved omkring de 10-12%. Men det er forskelligt fra person til person.
