Det lange svar er for langt her.

Det korte svar er:

- Spis nok protein = ca. 2 g protein pr. kg kropsvægt pr. dag

- Vær i energioverskud

Herudover kan suppleres med

- Spis hurtigtomsættelige kulhydrater omkring træningen

- Spis derudover langsomtomsættelige kulhydrater

PS: Husk min 50 g sundt fedt om dagen.
