Dag 2: Ryg, Biceps, Ben.

Squat (4x6)

Rumænsk Dødløft (4x6)

BB Row (3x6)

Chin-Ups (3x6)

Standing Calf Raise (3x10)

BB Curls (4x6)

Incline Db curls (3x6)

Face Pulls (3x6)

2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on...

Det lyder ganske fornuftigt... Jeg har selv kørt HST i en periode, men kørte lidt død i det og er selv skiftet til et 2 dage split, som jeg synes er rigtig godt.

Jeg kører dog 10-8-8-6 reps i alle øvelser, og det kan anbefales. Hvis du skal springe et plateau kan jeg anbefale at køre 20-8-15-6 reps.
