hej

jeg træner mine skuldre 2 gange om ugen som led i et 2-split program, for at få større muskler. Mit program der sådan ud:

Lateral rais: 3*8-10 reps

upright rows: 3*8-10 reps

military press: 3*8-10 reps

bend-over lateral rais: 3*8-10 reps

er der noget jeg bør lave om på?
