Indtag af protein, kulhydrater og fedt i løbet af dagen.

Gør I Jer nogen overvejelser om hvordan timingen af Jeres måltider ligger, alt efter sammensætning af kulhydrat, protein og fedt?

Er det jævnt fordelt over hele dagen eller indeholder måltiderne før og efter træning f.eks. flere kulhydrater end de resterende måltider? John Berardi foreslår (blandt andet) i Massive Eating Reloaded, Part II at:

1) Your meals shouldn't contain high amounts of C and F simultaneously.

2) P+C meals should come during exercise and the post-exercise period.

3) Most of your daily C intake should be focused in and around the workout.

4) The remainder of your meals should be comprised of P+F.
