Hmm jeg er ikk vild med det.

Du laver kun et sæt pr øvelse, du kører til failure hver gang.. Så kom jeg ikk længere, men de 2 ting syntes jeg ikk er optimale.

Ville hellere køre færre øvelser, flere sæt og så holde sig fra failure..

47,5 minutter må træningen kun vare, så stiger cortisol niveauet, troede det var mere præcist end efter 47,5 min :laugh:

Studies have shown that after 47 ½ minutes of intense weight training, your cortisol levels shoot up. This means that the longer you workout AFTER 47 minutes, the LESS results you will get and the more likely you will overtrain.

Hvorfor har de ingen referrancer? Det lyder godt nok af bullshit. Jeg har aldrig hørt om det før. :raisebrow:
