Kreatin, I hvilken periode skal det indtages??

Det giver fin mening. Samme fordele. Derfor vil du højst sandsynligt holde bedre på muskelmassen, alt andet lige, hvis du indtager kreatin.

En undersøgelse, hvor der skete en immobilisering af armen på en række personer viste, at dem der indtog kreatin mistede en hel del mindre masse, end dem der indtog et placebo middel. Så ned med kreatinen. :wink:
