Valleproteinet optages stadig lige hurtigt, uanset om du blander det op med mælk eller vand. Men hvis du bruger mælk får du samtidigt kasein, som jo er langsommere optageligt, og derved er dit proteinbehov dækket ind i længere tid bagefter.

Mælkeprotein er iøvrigt ca. 2/3 kasein og 1/3 valle.
