½ pose grøntsager fra frostposer hver dag. Med mindre jeg tilbereder friske, men det gider jeg som regel ikke.

Billigt, let, sundt og godt til at holde på vægten.

5-6 minutter i mikrobølgeovnen...brocolli, gulerødder og blomkål. Fatter ikke at man har kunnet undvære dem før! :-)
