Hej

jeg leder efter en (gerne dansk) definition på MVC (maximum voluntary contraction) og hvilke faktorer der påvirker MVC.

Det er givet at musklens tværsnitsareal og antallet af motoriske enheder der fyres op under har betydning, jeg mangler bare en reference...
