hjælp til tre split

hej mol

jeg er tjaling, og har trænet i 6 måneder.

jeg har kørt to fullbody programmer og et to split.

nu vil jeg gerne prøve et tre split program, jeg har selv

strikket et sammen, men jeg vil gerne have det "fin" pusset/renoveret.

her er det:

1 dag:

Pec deck fly 4*6

Decline db bænk pres 5*5

Tate tricep presses 3*8

Dips 5*5

Ab ball crunches 3*12

Flat flyes 4*6

2 dag:

Row 4*6

pullup 5*5

Pulldowns bag nakken 5*5

Face pulls 3*8

Preacher curl 4*6

3 dag:

Squat 5*5

Død løft 5*5

Stående leg 3*12

Hyperextension 3*12

Wrist curls 3*8
