hallo!! jeg ville lige høre hvordan dit program ser ud iløbet af en uge, hvilke øvelser laver du? hvor mange rep? hvor mange sæt? og hvor lang tid træner du på en dag ca? hvor meget spiser du? og spiser du også proteinpulver osv!! da det er nogle flotte stats du har! :wave:
