Hej,

Jeg vil meget gerne have lidt hjælp, gode råd, links osv til den frie rutine i Miss Fitness da jeg selv skal stille op for første gang i 2007.

Hvilke standard styrkeøvelser skal indgå? og evt. træningsøvelser til disse... statisk træning eller? :blink:

Samt alle de guldkorn i nu ellers kunne have i ærmet.
