Jaymeister Posted June 7, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 Var til en 3 timers BJJ masterclass idag med vores sortbælte instruktør JP, træningen bestod af:opvarmningteknik: counter for hip bumpteknik: immobilizing from the back + one handed choketeknik: counter for scissor sweepteknik: choke from scarfholdteknik: escape from scarfholdteknik: escape from scarfhold (2nd variation)sparringTiden løb lidt fra os så jeg fik desværre ikke chancen for at rulle med JP denne gang, men ellers var det en fed masterclass.
