- varieret kost med fokus på optimalt indtag af mikronæringsstoffer (vitaminer, mineraler, antioxidanter)

- udspænding

- hvile og søvn

- lav intense træninger for at få gang i blodgennemstrømningen i muskulaturen

- massage

- kreatin

Ovenstående punkter kan muligvis have en effekt på restitutionen, nogle mere plausible end andre.
