hurtig fordøjelse

Man har altid hørt, at motion er godt for fordøjelsen.

Men for mig er det lige godt nok, for næsten hver gang, når jeg har løbet  en 2-3 kilometer skal jeg på WC, jeg har heldigvis altid papir med i lommen, for det meget tynd.

Hvorfor virker det så kraftig ?

Jeg drikker eller spiser ikke noget 1 time før jeg starter.
