Week 4 - day 1

En lang dag på arbejde men efter 2 dages pause er

jeg helt klar på at give den gas til træning i dag.

Squat

1 x 5 @ 50% 65,0 kg

1 x 4 @ 60% 77,5 kg

2 x 3 @ 70% 90,0 kg

5 x 3 @ 80% 105,0 kg

3 x 2 @ 85% 110,0 kg

Benchpress

1 x 5 @ 50% 57,5 kg

1 x 4 @ 60% 70,0 kg

2 x 3 @ 70% 80,0 kg

5 x 3 @ 80% 92,5 kg

Flat Dumbell Flies

5 x 10 @ 14 kg

Dips

5 x 8 @ BW + 20 kg

Squat

1 x 5 @ 50% 65,0 kg

1 x 4 @ 60% 77,5 kg

2 x 3 @ 70% 90,0 kg

4 x 2 @ 80% 105,0 kg

Goodmornings (standing)

5 x 5 @ 65 kg

En god gang træning men kunne godt mærke benene var lidt trætte efter cykelturen igår :tongue:
