Hej MOL

Mit mål med følgende 2 split er hypertrofi. Jeg har lagt specielt fokus på bryst og arme, her mest biceps.

Ben; Ryg; Biceps

Benpres (45 grader)

Standing calf raise (maskine)

Rear raises

Progression

Uge 1: 3 x 12 reps

Uge 2: 4 x 6 reps

Uge 3: 3 x 12 reps

Uge 4: 4 x 6 reps

Uge 5: 4 x 10 reps

Uge 6: 5 x 5 reps

Uge 7: 5 x 10 reps

Uge 8: 5 x 4 reps

Jeg har ikke mulighed for squat, derfor benpres.Der køres efter dagsform hver gang!
