Denne (b)log kommer til omhandle fysisk forberedelse til mixed martial arts og submission wrestling. Jeg har 10+ års erfaring on/off med styrketræning, den største udfordring bliver at gøre træningen mere sportsspecifik, dernæst at finde en god balance mellem de forskellige energi systemer.

Squat:

3*5 @ 80 kg

1*2 @ 80 kg + 1*3 @ 70 kg

"Boksepres":

4*5 @ 27½ kg

Dødløft:

4*5 @ 100 kg

Full contact twist

4*5 @ 15 kg
