Min bror har en knægt på ~2år som har haft en del maveproblemer. Efter de er skiftet til soyamælk, har der ikke været noget.

Prøv at skifte ham over på laktosefri komælk i stedet for soyamælk. Knægten er nok laktoseintolerant, som mange andre børn.
