Det er to lidt forskellige ting. Hvis du gerne vil have overall smididghed, er noget lignende gymnastik godt. Hvis du gerne vil have smidige ben til løb/undgå skader, er det noget andet. Husk at varme godt op, have en god nedvarmning og strække godt ud. På den måde burde dine ben blive smidige.
