Som overskriften siger,

Efter en omgang tung front squat er jeg begyndt at få ondt lige over knæskallen og egentlig også på selve knæskallen. Umiddelbart, ser det ud til at være quadriceps tendinitis, det er galt med.

Jeg mærker det kun i hverdagen, når jeg rejser mig fra en stol eller går op ad en trappe.
