Første billede viser korrekt rackposition - andet den komplette bevægelse.Hej Hebnes,det er ellers længe siden. I din rack position, kommer du helt ned hvor albuerne hviler på bækkenet. teddy Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Starttid: 2:00, betyder i al enkelhed bare at jeg starter nyt sæt hvert 2. minut.Work/restratio er forholdet mellem arbejde og hvile. I ovenstående tilfælde giver det 1 min arbejde efterfulgt af 1 min hvile. Ved starttid 1:00 og Work/restratio 2:1, er der 40 sek. arbejde og 20 sek hvile - typisk for swing serier.Det er blevet meget lettere efter jeg har fået Gymboss timeren.
