De vil typisk udføres forskelligt.Dumbbell snatch ligger mest op til en løftestil fra gulv (eller tæt på) til overhead med et stort set lodret træk.Hvor dybt i knæ man griber den må man selv vurdere ift hvor meget bonus-squat man ønsker.Denne stil ligger tættest på barbell snatch (hvis man kan bruge den oplysning til noget ) Kettlebell snatch vil typisk udføres så det har mest fokus på hoftedrivet og bevægelsen vil være en kontrolleret bue. Francis Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Plus at man kan opnå en nærmest rytmisk bevægelse med kettlebell'en, som gør den væsentligt mere anvendelig til udholdenhedstræning end med en håndvægt (læs=praktisk taget to forskellige øvelser!)
