Tørrede bønner

Jeg er igang med at smide nogle kg, og jeg spiser en del grøntsagssupper.. Hvis jeg f.eks. spiser ærtesupper, er der så nok protein i det, eller skal jeg supplere med anden form for protein?

Og hvis jeg spiser en anden slags suppe, hvor mange gram tørrede bønner bør jeg så spise, for at det er fornuftigt? Pt spiser jeg ca 100-150 gram til frokost (altså i tilberedt vægt).
