Hej alle.

Der er noget der tit har undret mig, især på fitness messer, at alle de store fyre render rundt og drikker vand hele tiden. Det jeg gerne vil vide er hvad vand egentlig gør ved kroppen, man kan da kun optage en vis mængde vand, da man ellers skal rende på toilet hele tiden.

Kan man vænne kroppen til at optage mere vand?
