Men hvor "slemt" er det egentligt?

Jeg spørger, da jeg daglig indtager ca. 500 mg. gurkemeje (blandt andet i PWO shaken) for at holde betændelse i min underarm nede. Men dræner selvsamme virkning også mit totale træningsudbytte?
