Varierede øvelser

Møjn i box

hvor mange øvelser anbefales det at man kører til hver muskelgruppe? Jeg kører selv 3-4 øvelser!!

Jeg plejer at træne bryst/triceps/mave (ben) sammen

Og Ryg/biceps/skulder/læn ..... R det passende??

Gir det meget mere hvis man varierer sine øvelser så man aldrig kører samme program 2x i træk.. eller er det dumt?
