Forhåbentlig er det fedtder er forsvundet takket være den 32 km daglige cykeltur til arbejde under mit 6 uger lange eksil og ikke muskelmasse. "Gulvtæppe" er det navn som min fysioterapeut for flere år siden døbte en øvelse der skal styrke de småmuskler omkring knæskallen, for at kompensere for slidgigt.Man planter foden, på det ben der trænes. på gulvet, og den anden fod på et stykke gulvtæppe eller andet glidevenligt.Så bøjes begge ben til lårene er vandrette og herefter køres gulvtæppefoden frem, tilbage og til siden.Det lyder måske mærkeligt, men det virker Landevejscykling:TM: 2.15KM: 56AVH: 142KCAL: 1815Årets første cykeltur blev kørt med en god makker, og vi kørte en god rundtur ad små veje med mange sving ogbakker. Dejligt, men koldt. Dog holdt det tørvej, når bortses fra en ordentlig omgang hagl vi pludselig kørte ind i.Det viste sig at komme fra en landmand der var ude at sprede kunstgødning, og åbenbart mente at vejen ogsåtrængte til en omgang.
