Her kommer så et 2-split-program jeg har prøvet at lave. :)

Dag 1 Mandag:

Bryst; DB Bench Press, DB Incline Benchpress, Flyers

Triceps; French press, V-bar og stang-pulldowns.

Skulder; BB Military Press, Upright Row, Front Raise

Day off Tirsdag (skal arbejde)

Dag 2 Onsdag:

Ben; Squat, Lunges, Leg curl

Ryg; T-bar row, Cable Pulldown, DB Bent over row

Biceps; Preacher curl, Incline cable curl, DB curl

Dag 1 Torsdag: same same

Dag 2 Fredag: same same

Day off Lørdag og Søndag

Håber det er godt :-D

størrere og veltrimmet krop.. ikke i bodybuilder stil, men you know :-D

Gud forbyde at du skulle blive bodybuilder over natten!!!

Jeg synes i øvrigt ikke at din underkrop bliver trænet nok. Du har 3 øvelser til underkroppen og 15 til overkroppen.
