Sprinting towards single digit body fat

Hej alle.

Jeg overvejer at starte på dette program;

Mit er at opbygge muskelmasse, men samtidig have noget cardio ind over. Vil i mene at dette program vil passe til disse mål? Mit største bekymring er om der er nok volumen i vægttrænings-delen til at man kan opnå optimal hypertrofi.
