Hej :smile:

Jeg ville virkelig gerne have en rigtig god kondi, så jeg kan løbe hurtigt i lang tid, hvilke distancer som ( 800m. 3000m og 6000m)

Mine tider som fra sportstiming:

6000m 30minutter

3000m 14 mnutter og 12 sekunder

Hvis nogle af jer har styr på sådanne, ville det være en stor hjælp med et godt svar der virker :4thumbup:
