Prøver at smide det ind omkring 14 tiden hvis arbejde tillader det, ellers bliver det normalt efter 18.Jeg skifter lidt mellem dagene, ift arbejde, men planlægger dog mine træningsdage 1 uge eller 2 i forvejen.Jeg satser dog på at komme noget tidliger afsted nu der bliver lidt ferie.
