So I've had some resting/ easy days. Now the finish line: getting ready for the last few weeks training before the Danish & World Kettlebell Championships.

Only 5 long sets sessions left before DM, not sure I'll be able to reach 160, but it will be a damn good improvement in only 4 months training ;-)

The DM will be held at Urban Fitness, Lergravsvej 57, 2300 København S, kl 10:00-15:00

Hard to say what I'll be able to do.

In 2010 I managed 160 snatches after 6 months training, and I had been actively training throughout 2009 as well.

In 2011 I didn't train much at all.

This year, I've only had 2 month training with the 20kg and 2 months with 24kg, so I think I'll be happy if I get 140+ solid reps ;-)

I do not stress about it and enjoy the journey.

LC 2x16kg 5 min test @12rpm. Not bad for a first try in nearly 2 years.
