Men nu har jeg dog alligevel købt weightgainer fra bodylab. Mit spørgmål går på, om det vil være mere effektivt at putte flere af de "tomme" kulhydrater (eksempelvis druesukker) i en weightgainer for at få et større udbytte (altså at tage på).Hilsen Smail :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
