Jeg kender ikke rigtigt nogle herinde, men har fået et godt råd om at logge sin træning for at holde styr på fremgang osv..

Mili : 8x20, 8x60, 6x70, 6x75, 5x80, 5x80,

Squat : 10x60, 8x90, 3x8 120.

Død: 12x60, 10x100, 6x140, 5x180, 5x190.

Bænk: 12x60, 10x100, 8x120, 6x130, 2x5 135.

Chin: 3x8 Bw

Pullups : 3x8 Bw

Dips : 12x Bw, 3x8 +35

Strict dumbell curls: 3x8 12,5.
