når klatrere træner, træner de hovedsageligt uden tommelfingeren - netop for at styrke fingrenes grebstyrke.

du skal blot løfte de tunge ting du kan, så skal underarmene nok blive stærkere, specielt nu, hvor du ikke har tommelfingeren til hjælp...
