Dillerman Posted March 7, 2003 Report Share Posted March 7, 2003 Som opfølgning på denne tråd, har jeg lavet et lille regneark der kan regne aminosyre sammensætningen af éns kost ud (samme som "chemical score", se evt. her). Jeg har dog brug for et "referance protein" fordi jeg gerne vil se hvad aminosyre sammensætningen er i forhold til "det optimale". Er der nogen gode forslag til hvad det mest optimale protein er (med hensyn til sammensætning)?Hvis det interreserer nogen har jeg mine oplysninger om aminosyreindholdet i forskellige madvare fra USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Claus B Posted March 10, 2003 Report Share Posted March 10, 2003 tror nu du skal tage et gennemsnit af hele æggets AA-profil og kollagen.Du bliver også nødt til at vægte de forsk.
