Forskel på full-body og HST

Der er jo for så vidt ikke nogen forskel. Full-body programmer dækker bare over ALLE de programmer hvor man træner hele kroppen hver gang (typisk 2-4 gange i ugen). HST er bare ET full-body program. Dog et hvor der er en masse regler for hvordan træningen skal tilrettelægges. F.eks at man kører efter progressionscyklusser.
