Jeg har omsider fået strikket et ordentligt program sammen, men er dog stadig lidt i tvivl mht min ryg øvelser.

Jeg træner:

Død-løft

military

Dumbell bent over row

Mit spørgsmål er som om dette er nok for hele ryggen.

Floor crunch

seated calf rasie

dumbell triceps extension

Dumbell incline curl til biceps
