Squat vs løb

Jeg tror nu heller ikke at det vil have nogen indflydelse på squat-styrken, at løbe 5 km en gang i ugen. Det jeg primært tog stilling til, var at han skulle squatte dagen efter. Her tror jeg ikke man kan udelukke at det vil have en minimal negativ effekt. Men der er jo ikke andet for end at prøve og se.
