Så var det tanken slog mig, hvordan hænger GtG egentlig sammen med opvarmning eller mangel på samme? Det er jo påvist at opvarmning nedsætter skadesrisikoen, samt at ydeevnen forbedres, men at varme kroppen op inden hvert eneste af de utallige sæt i GtG er lettere urealistisk..

Hvis i har en mening om dette, tænker også i relation til almindeligt dødelige der træner efter GtG konceptet uden det er på elite-niveau, da håber jeg i vil dele den
