Reverse curls / håndleds skader?

Hej,

Jeg skal i gang med et nyt program inden for det næste stykke tid.. I dette program skal jeg bruge øvelsen Reverse curls, har hørt rygter om at det er dårligt for håndledet, er dette bare rygter?

Har i forvejen ikke de bedste håndled da jeg har haft skader i dem, for et stykke tid siden, og vil helst ikke have det igen :tongue:

hvad er jeres erfaringer med øvelsen?
