Har mine muskler for lidt tid til at restituere, hvis jeg kører et program som:

Mandag: Ryg/ Mave / Skuldre / Biceps

Tirsdag: Triceps / Bryst / Ben'

Onsdag: Off dag

Er dette for hårdt?
