sidst kørte jeg en crunch på en mavebænk m. benene spændt fast, så jeg kunne have vægtprogressionen med i det samt en slags seated twisting crunch med kabel, for at ramme Obliques ..

hvad har i erfaring med, som virker i hst regi..? helst ikke alt for teknisk, men bare kom med nogle forslag.. :4thumbup:
