Simmons dødløft single cyklus

Jeg har tænkt mig at jeg ved siden af mit HST program vil køre Simmons dødløft single cyklus, som ser sådan ud:

Week 1: 65% x 15x1, 50 seconds rest between singles

Week 2: 70% x 15x1, 50 seconds rest between singles

Week 3: 75% x 12x1, 50 seconds rest between singles

Week 4: 80% x 8x1, 50 seconds rest between singles

Week 5: 85% x 6x1, 50 seconds rest between singles

Mit spørgsmål:

såvidt jeg har forstået har TJ lavet sin egen version af dette program, i form af TJ dødløft single cyklus. I TJ's program træner man dødløft 2 gange om ugen, en let dag med 15 singles med 65% af 1RM, og en tung hvor man følger en cyklus.

Skal Simmons program så køres efter samme procedure som TJ's program?
