Ugens sidste træning, det var en lidt hård omgang... :cry3: :cry3: :cry3:

Benchpress + trøje + rødt bånd: 50*5, 80*5, 100*5, 130*4, 160*3*2, 175*1*3 det skuldet have været 2er men det var der ikke til idag....

Deadlift top til knæ: 50*5, 100*5, 140*5, 180*5*5

Pushpress: 50*2*6 dynamisk

Pushdown: 45*6*4

Front lat raise cable: 15*8*3

Face pull: 8*4

Core: 30 sek*5

Benchpress + blåt band smalt: 100*4*4

Seated rows bred stang: 70*8*4

Inclinepress one arm: 10*8*4

Core øvelse: 20*40sek*4

Boxsquats helt ned i bund: 50*5, 80*5, 110*3*9 smalt, medium, bredt

Pushpress: 50*3*5

Side lat: 7*8*3

Back lat: 7*8*3

Face pull: 12*2

Core: 30*30 sek*5
